Domestic orders within the USA are shipped through USPS Mail. Delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days. Delivery dates may vary.



DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Shamiofficial.com delivers parcels all over the world via USPS Priority. During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, SHAMI will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Shamiofficial.com.



EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS

Email contact@shamiofficial.com with your order number to inquire about expedited shipment options. Additional charges will apply. Please note that expedited shipping is a shipping service that we utilize once your package has left our facility. Due to the handmade nature of all personalized pieces, we are unable to expedite the creation process, only the shipping service once your order is complete. 



LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

SHAMI is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When entering shipping info, please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders outside of the USA are shipped by USPS Priority International Mail. Delivery will take approximately 6-10 business days. Delivery dates may vary. SHAMI is not responsible for import taxes/fees for international orders.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted or personalized items. This includes any items purchased with a discount code as well as engraved pieces, custom orders, and all items listed in our personalization section. These items are final sale. (This policy includes in-store purchases) 

To facilitate a return or exchange on any non-personalized full-price items, please reach out to us at contact@shamiofficial.com within 7 days of delivery, where we will be happy to assist you. All returns shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments to SHAMI must be sent with “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping. 

SHAMI is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed, and 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.



POST ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

Our customers are given a 10-minute window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase.
